Hey team Happy Sunday. Here's a few examples of voice bots where you can actually call the phone number and chat back and forth with them. They're just examples, not tied to any real business, so feel free to try them out and provide any feedback. One note that Damien made when discussing this is the lag or latency when the AI is processing an answer to what you've said.... it's still a there to some extent, expecially when the voice bot is "young" and is still learning. But as we've been saying for the past 4 weeks, this will only get better from here. These can integrated with any scheduling system like calendly or google, any CRM or ticketing system, can forward calls answer FAQs or share 5 star reviews, facilitate referrals, pre qualify sales etc etc. Go ahead and phone a friend.... talk to them like you would any customer calling with an inquiry or complaint. Nice thing is they don't take coffee breaks or sick days and are always friendly even if the caller is not and will pick up at 2AM.... Hey Team, here's another thing I did.... it's a bit long (11 min), but a great example of how AI can help with internal business processes, documentation, governance and software integration. In this example, I had the custom GPT act as an Asset Management Consultant to help provide recommendations and specific implementation steps based on a raw transcript from a voice memo (Thank you Julie). I think it turned out pretty good. I made this video for a local non profit leadership org - they help Christian non profits advance their mission through practical guidance and counseling, been around for 30 years and are well established. My wife is a board chair for a local private Christian school and had been tasked with incorporating the leadership org principles into their own governance documents. I wanted to use an AI tool to do this and made a video about the process. BLUF (as we used to say in the Navy, Bottom Line Up Front) the AI saved us probably 3 or 4 hours of manual work of reading, comparing, contrasting, cutting and pasting between the two documents.
