I want to be real with you, because you deserve that. Over the past couple of weeks I've had moments where I was really, really down emotionally, moments that even scared me a little. I've realised that working alone in my flat, building this online business for the past year and a half, has been slowly burning me out. I don't want to end up destroying myself, so I'm listening to what my body and mind are telling me: I need simplicity, stability, and something that genuinely feels aligned, without so much weight on my shoulders. There's also something I want to be honest about. The image I've been holding: in front of my partner, my parents, my friends, and even in front of you... of someone pushing hard to build something online, has become really difficult to carry. I think I just need to let that go and choose something more real for where I actually am right now. So I've made the decision to step away from Aligned Creators and from the online business world altogether. I know I promised a 30-day outreach challenge starting this week. I'm sorry, that won't be happening. I didn't want to just disappear without explanation, which is why I'm telling you directly. What I can leave you with: everything I know about getting your first paying clients is already in the classroom. The videos are gone, but the full written process is there: the exact method I used with my own clients, who paid me for it. The scripts, the steps, everything. If you do the outreach as it's laid out, it works. The community will stay open until June 3rd so you have time to go through anything you want to keep. Now, the part I really mean. Thank you. A few weeks ago I had a real wake-up call. Not from a course. Not from a mentor. From a conversation (with Claude LOL) where I had to get honest with myself about something uncomfortable. I wanted the MONEY, but not the SELLING. I wanted the CLIENTS, but not the OUTREACH. I wanted the COMMUNITY growth, but not the daily CONTENT grind. I wanted the VALIDATION, but not the UNCERTAINTY of testing. And I realised: that's not a business strategy.. That's avoidance with a vision board on top. Here's what actually landed for me: 💌 There is NO path that gives you consistent income, complete alignment, 0 selling, 0 uncertainty, and fast results, all at once. That path doesn't exist. Not for me. Not for anyone. 💌 Every business requires you to be uncomfortable somewhere. The question isn't HOW to avoid the discomfort. It's WHICH discomfort you're actually willing to sit with. For me, the answer became: warm, responsive selling, just connecting the dots when someone raises their hand, that I can do!! It's not the version I hated. Threw a party with friends last week. Stayed out late. Had drinks. Laughed until my face hurt. Didn't check my phone once for work. For someone who spends most days inside their head building a business, this felt absolutely terrifying and also the most alive I've been in weeks. I kept waiting for the guilt to show up, the voice that says I should be working, posting, optimizing. It never came. Instead I woke up the next day with more energy than I've had in months. Turns out letting go of what you think you should be doing gives you way more fuel than white-knuckling through another productive evening ever could. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your business is remember you're still a person. What's one thing you used to love doing before you became a business owner that you've completely stopped making time for?

I thought I'd write a quick message about working with Lara yet knowing me it might be quite a long missive! 😂 TLDR: working with @Lara Bruyelles has been fabulous! I've been thinking about starting a community for a while and finally started accepting members in November. I'm a member of one of the largest Skool creator communities and saw Lara's activities there and Skoolers so found Aligned Creators from her activity. I felt there was something about her that was authentically Lara and I already had a sense that she was someone who would be able to at least guide me on that aligned path; I couldn't have underestimated her more! When we first spoke, as I was already just running my biz as an expensive hobby since pivoting, I'd already decided we were likely a good fit and checked the company bank balance to see where I stood. As soon as we started discussing my situation she impressed me with her attentive style and absolute presence. She pitched and I said, 'Yes.' I pivoted into coaching and the biggest aspect that surprised me during our relationship so far is how insightful she has been in uncovering my subconscious and allowing me to recognise my own blind spots. From the start we agreed a strategy, a plan of action, new habits to adopt, and approaches to embody. It's actually not been easy however it was simple, well defined, and in my opinion very likely to bear fruit specifically with regard to the agreed goal at the start. I'm not really considering whether or not it will be successful because it's helped me enormously to shift my identity from retired employee with a side Hustle to business owner with a hungry market which needs to know I'm there to help them. She's provided ideas, mentorship, accountability, systems, encouragement, and has been a real motivator, reminding me of my purpose, giving me energy, and providing small simple steps. @Lara Bruyelles I salute you 🫡 and thank you!
