New Lease listing in Los Feliz
Hey gang - wanted to share a win from a warm call. This was a FRBO who had a sign in the yard. Took a month and a half of visits and calls and got the listing signed for lease. Found this interesting bc I'm trying to explain to local sellers in hihg demand LA neighborhoods why homes are still selling quickly in their areas. This article notes that inventory is up finally in California since 2019 (the Pandemic), though it says that inventory is in fact lower than it was in 2019 in Los Angeles County. https://www.fastcompany.com/91322979/housing-market-california-market-shift-buyers-are-gaining-power-inventory
