@Frankie Giovetti I used to be in Asheville, NC, but I just moved to Greenville, SC. I still travel a lot to NC though.

I worked with a DJ last year and everything about him was unprofessional. The couple for the wedding asked us to collaborate, and when I called him, he started cursing on the phone call, telling me the couple hadn't told him anything about the timeline and complained throughout the conversation. On the day of, he was late and started setting up right before the guests arrived because he was at the store. He was still in casual clothes and rushed to his car before the ceremony to change clothes. Luckily, all I had to do was plug in my system into his speakers, but everything about him was unprofessional from start to finish. I've used that experience as a teaching and learning experience for myself and other musician friends. I wouldn't want to hire someone who is late, speaks ill of the clients, and is overall.... unpleasant to work with.
