Acquisition VAs? Let Talk About it! 🤔
Has anyone ever thought about giving the overseas VA the responsibilities of an acquisition manager. That means following up on hot leads, negotiating with sellers and sending contracts. Just like an acquisition manager, they would be paid commission only but do you pay them a percentage of the assignment fee or a flat rate per deal closed?
