Some of You Are Still Becoming. Some of You Have Arrived.
Integration, before application, is the process of piecing together the fragments of ourselves shaped by life. The parts that were lost, damaged, hidden for safety, suppressed for survival, or rejected by culture, family, or circumstance. There are levels to this work. Becoming is one of them. Arriving is another. Both matter. Both require different versions of you. When you understand the difference, you begin to recognize how you’re being asked to show up, not just for the process, but for yourself. As initiates in the Integration Chamber, you’re already aware of your integration journey. That awareness is not small. It’s a gift. It allows you to consciously co-author your becoming with the universe instead of being carried by it unconsciously. And if you find yourself at the stage of arriving…You get to arrive in a way that feels true to you. Your rhythm. Your boundaries. Your integrity. No performance. No rush. Just alignment with the life you’re now prepared to hold. Are you still trying to become someone…or are you learning how to live as who you already are? And what would your life require of you to transition from becoming to already arrived?

Stepping Into Purpose vs. Walking In Purpose
There comes a moment in your spiritual and personal evolution when you realize you’re not stepping into your purpose anymore...you’re walking in it. Stepping into purpose is the moment of recognition. Acceptance. Realization. Walking in purpose is alignment. Embodiment. Intention. Once you cross that threshold, your choices, your direction, your confidence, and your energy shift. You stop waiting for permission and start moving with clarity. This is the space where sovereignty begins. Where integration deepens. And where you realize you are no longer becoming...you already are. More to come on this soon.

🌙 Growing My Own Mugwort: A Witch’s Medicine from the Ground Up
My mugwort babies are officially sprouting, and I’m so damn proud of them.Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is one of the oldest plants in the witch’s garden — known for: ✨ Enhancing intuition & dreamwork✨ Strengthening divination and mediumship✨ Clearing stagnant energy✨ Supporting ancestral contact✨ Reclaiming feminine spiritual power There’s something powerful about growing the herbs you use in your magic…It hits different when you nurture the very plant that later nurtures you. I’ll be sharing their growth journey, how I harvest, how I dry them, and how I use them in teas, smoke blends, dream work, ritual baths, and spirit communication. But for now… look at my little green ancestors rising. 🌱💜

Mugwort is one of my favorite herbs.
You Found the Door. Now Step Through.
Welcome to THE Integration Chamber — a liminal place between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. In here, we work with:• intuition• embodiment• therapeutic insight• shadow + integration• and the pieces of you that refuse to stay silent. Introduce yourself in your own way — poetic, simple, chaotic, grounded… whatever version of you arrives is the right one. Tell us (if you want):What truth brought you here? What are you shedding? What are you reclaiming? The Chamber has already begun its work. 🌕✨

🌑 Let’s Talk About Shadow Work (Spiritual + Mental Health Integration)
Shadow work gets talked about a lot in spiritual spaces, but not always in ways that make it feel safe or grounded. To me, real shadow work isn’t about digging for darkness or forcing yourself into painful memories. It’s about learning to sit with the parts of yourself you’ve avoided… and doing it gently, with intention. Spiritually, shadow work helps us see the pieces of ourselves we’ve pushed down—our fears, insecurities, triggers, patterns, protective responses—and bring them back into the light with compassion. Mentally and emotionally, this is the same process we use in therapy when we talk about integration. You’re not trying to “fix” your shadow; you’re trying to understand it, reclaim it, and make space for the version of you that doesn’t have to hide. When your spiritual practice and your mental health work line up, shadow work becomes less intimidating and more like returning home to yourself. It helps you move with more awareness, less shame, and a deeper sense of self-trust. I’m curious—Have you done shadow work before? What was your experience like? Or if you haven’t started yet, what makes you hesitant or unsure about it? This is a judgment-free space. I’d love to hear your thoughts, your process, or even your questions.

Shadow work becomes powerful when you stop forcing it and start listening. That’s when the real breakthroughs happen.
