What are we grateful for today?
It’s surprisingly easy for humans to take what we have for granted. Our minds are designed to adapt quickly to what becomes familiar. Things that once felt exciting, meaningful, or even miraculous slowly start to feel normal. When something becomes normal, we stop noticing it. This is often called adaptation or the “hedonic treadmill.” We naturally shift our focus from what we already have to what we don’t have yet. LETS FOCUS ON WHAT WE HAVE TODAY, AND SHOW SOME GRATITUDE DOWN BELOW 🙏🙏

Feeling depressed?
If you’re feeling depressed, something that has always helped me get out of a funk is remembering this: The things I don’t want to do — go to the gym, clean the house, get things done — are usually the exact things that will help shift my energy. I remind myself that if I just get up and do them, I’m never going to regret it. In fact, those things almost always make me feel a little better. But when I allow the depression to keep me down and I don’t do anything, I usually end up feeling worse… because now I’m also thinking about everything I didn’t get done. Sometimes the goal isn’t to feel amazing right away. Sometimes the goal is just to move your body and shift your state a little bit. One small action can change the momentum of your whole day.

Self reflection
One of the most powerful forms of self-reflection is recognizing that the things that trigger us in others often reveal something within ourselves that needs attention. Many of us avoid this step because it requires looking into the mirror and facing parts of ourselves that feel uncomfortable, painful, or even ugly. It’s much easier to point outward than to look inward. But the moment you become willing to examine those reactions, you take a powerful step toward freedom. Freedom from the guilt. Freedom from the anger we hold toward others. Freedom from the patterns that keep repeating in our lives. The mirror may be uncomfortable at first, but it’s also where healing begins. Reflection question for today: What is something that has recently triggered you in someone else… and what might it be showing you about yourself? Comment below and let's free ourselves

Yep been working on pacing myself and others not pushing too hard then burning out - and enjoying the process not just rushing to “finish the day” or finish working
