I'm thankful for my family this week. well everyday right, but we've had a good last few days and i'm feeling blessed.
After school kids activities
Hey everyone — I’d love to get some insight from this community about how you approach after-school activities for your kids. We’ve got three: - Our middle son is very active in soccer and really enjoys it. - Our oldest daughter is in swim three to four days a week. She’s consistent, but she doesn’t love it. She’s not naturally drawn to physical activity, but we think it’s important she stays involved in something active. - Our youngest, who’s five, also plays soccer. He’s probably the least active of the three, but still figuring out what he enjoys. We’re always trying to balance keeping them active with not overloading them — and making sure they don’t just come home and jump on a tablet every day. I’d love to hear from you: - What after-school activities are your kids involved in? - How do you decide what they do and how much is enough? - Any tips for keeping kids active when they don’t naturally lean that way? Looking forward to hearing what’s working for your families.

Right now I only take a pre workout drink.what do you do?
Live a little, but don’t make it a pattern.
Routine slipped a little — and that’s okay. 💭 Sometimes you need to rest, enjoy, and not stress about being “on” all the time. That’s healthy. But… I’m also not trying to live in that mode. A break is good — but I don’t want to build a pattern of drifting from the habits that actually strengthen me. So this weekend, I’m getting back to it. Back to early mornings. Back to discipline. Back to the habits that shape who I’m becoming. If you’ve been off your rhythm this week — grace to you. But let’s reset. Let’s move forward.

What are y’all’s thoughts on creatine?
Some people swear by taking breaks, others say you can stay on it year-round with no issues. I’m curious where you all stand — do you cycle it, or just stay consistent? And why? Drop your experiences below 👇🏼 💬

I took creatine most of 2025. I felt like I ate more when I was on it. So I’ve been off of it since November and the rest of the year.
