💭 Reflection: "I tried Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)/Yoga Nidra for the first time since I kept seeing NSDR and yoga nidra mentioned in the ADHD Harmony content and by other members here. First, I didn’t realize that yoga nidra was a guided meditation and not a yoga workout🤪 So after that revelation and completing the 10-minute NSDR video on YouTube, I found a 12-minute gentle yoga routine video to try as a small step towards my Big Rock #1 🪨 my physical body. There was a lot more that happened and more I wanted to say, but it’s already past 10:30pm🥱 Just remembered why morning check-ins are so much easier😴" 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 8/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🎯 Focus: 8/10 😌 Calmness: 7/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 9/10 🔥 Motivation: 9/10 ⭐ Average: 8/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🚿 Cold Shower 🛏️ Good Sleep 💧 Stayed Hydrated 🧘 Yoga 🏊 Swimming 🥩 Hit Protein Goal 🍳 Home Cooked Meal 🧘‍♂️ Meditation 🙏 Prayer 📝 Journaling 💚 Gratitude Practice 💭 Affirmations 🎯 Visualization ✨ Positive Mindset 🎯 Deep Work 🧠 Learning 👥 Quality Time 🤝 Helped Someone 📞 Called Friend/Family 👂 Active Listening 👯‍♀ Body doubling 🐱🐶 Pets

What did you think of the NSDR? I've never heard of that until this post.

Daily Check-in - 2026-09-30 Reflection My win today was dropping off 3 framed artworks for an exhibition on the weekend. It's exciting that I can actually say that, 2 years ago I wouldn't have thought I would be calling my self an artist 😍 I really liked JT's response too 🤩 Three framed pieces on a wall with your name next to them. That's a big one, Judy. What gets me is the line "I can actually say that." Two years ago the word "artist" wasn't available to you, and tonight you typed it with a heart-eyes emoji. That doesn't come from thinking your way into a new identity. It comes from putting in the reps: the Wednesday art class, the half day you protect for yourself, the commission last week, the framing. Every one of those added a bit more proof, and now the word just fits. Activities 🚿 Cold Shower, 🛏️ Good Sleep, ☀️ Morning Sunlight, 🚶 Walk, 🥗 Healthy Eating, 🍺 No Alcohol, 💊 Took Supplements, 🥦 Ate Vegetables, 🍳 Home Cooked Meal, 🧘‍♂️ Meditation, 🙏 Prayer, 📝 Journaling, ✨ Positive Mindset, 🎯 Deep Work, 📧 Inbox Zero, 📋 Planned Day, 🎓 Online Course, 🎨 Creative Work, 👥 Quality Time, 🫙 2Lt Water, 🥗 Healthy snack Scores 😊 Happiness: 9/10 ⚡ Energy: 8/10 🎯 Focus: 8/10 😌 Calmness: 9/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 8/10 🔥 Motivation: 8/10

Congratulations!
Jingle Bells and Xmas Spirit
Just had the loveliest half-hour body double session, and what I thought was going to be a HUGE loop of little jobs is already shrinking nicely. First bit DONE! 🎉 The Cook Street Christmas Party invite is finished. Thank you, Lindsay! @Lindsay Harvey And yes, I did it with Christmas music playing, so naturally it was much more festive. 😂🎄 Now I’ve only got 3 or 4 little steps left. More Body Doubling sessions to come for Xmas Preparations There’s something about taking a task that looks like “oh my gosh, that’s going to take 2–3 hours” and breaking it into half-hour chunks. Add a body double and suddenly it feels completely doable. One little chunk at a time. Happy days!🎄✨🎁✨🎄

@Deb Brouwer I'm always here to help with body doubling sessions!
**Missed a few check-ins? Here's how to backdate them in Harmony AI 🗓️**
Hey team, I've just come back from a few days away with limited internet or computer, and I had a gap in my daily check-ins. I didn't want to lose that data, because the whole point is spotting patterns over time. Turns out it's really easy to fill in. **𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲.** 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸. **How to do it:** 1. **Open a chat with Harmony AI** and ask: *"What was the last date I did a check-in?"* It will look it up and show you exactly where the gaps are. 2. **For each missed day, send one message with:** - The date (for example, "Saturday 26 Sept") - Your six scores, 1 to 10: happiness, energy, focus, calmness, sleep quality, motivation - What you did, roughly: ate well, slept well, moved your body, mindfulness, got outside, deep work, time with people, stayed off the feed, planned your day, made something - A line or two about how the day went 3. **Harmony AI saves each one under the right date.** You can do several days in one message, and voice-to-text works well. **𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲:** - **Start with the oldest day** and work forward. - **Good enough beats perfect.** A rough guess is far more useful than a blank day. Don't let perfectionism keep you from logging it. - **Add "filled in from memory"** to the reflection, so later you know those scores are a bit softer. - **Keep today separate.** Do today's check-in as normal. - **Don't force it.** If you can't honestly remember a day, skip it. A few gaps won't ruin your patterns. That's it. Ten minutes, and your data is back on track. 💛 Debz

Love this. For the next time, you could log it in writing if you know you're going to be without Internet and that way it's not from memory, it's just getting it digital.
Sometimes, just make the call 📞
I had one of those lovely, completely impromptu ADHD Harmony moments this weekend. Cathy @Cathy A Castagna and I had a quick chat and I asked her if she fancied some time to focus on our Big Rock (tidying) and she said, “I’ve got a few hours spare — give me half an hour to finihs this and then we can connect to do some body doubling?” Now, we don’t usually body double on my Sunday / her Saturday, but we both had some Big Rocks around creating a calmer, more organised home environment. 𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹. Nearly three hours later… we had both made some serious inroads! 🙌 There was something really good about knowing someone else was there, doing their own thing alongside me. No need to explain, no judgement, no doing it alone. It reminded me just how much difference these connections can make. You don’t have to be in a cohort to connect with someone here. If you’ve found a buddy you click with, or someone who has a similar Big Rock, why not send them a message and suggest an impromptu body-double? A phone call. A video call. Whatever works. Sometimes three hours of “I’m here, you’re there, let’s just get stuck in” can make a world of difference. Give it a go. You might surprise yourself with what you can nail together! ❤️
