Have You Tried Multitasking?
Curious to hear if you ever multitask I know a lot of people try and it doesn’t end well… but maybe you’re different? Let me know your take below

Personally takes up too much mental energy in my opinion. It's like running multiple apps in the background - slows everything down..

What's The Best Book You've Ever Read?💭
Reading has changed my life... Even as someone who despised reading growing up. 💭 that was until I read my first non-fiction book called "Think & Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill more than 5 years ago - and that changed my life forever.🌟 Since I have read more than 100 books, and always strive to expand my horizon, while balancing implementing the lessons in a practical matter to continually get closer to my Best Self..🙌🏼 This is why I will start reading a new book for the 30-Day Best Self Protocol, with the focus on growing my mindset and mental capabilities, perception and outlook on life and fulfillment, and understanding of self.🙏🏼 For this reason, I would love to hear what books you have previously read that have had a big impact on your life? Books that have changed your beliefs, altered your perception, or helped you get closer to the person you want to be. 🌟 Any suggestions are much appreciated, and will let you know which book I pick to start reading in the 30-Day Best Self Protocol.. - Perhaps you might find your next read as well?💭 Until then, I'm rooting for you. - 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘭y

Ask me anything about fitness
This is from 14-15 (I'm 16 in the first and last picture) I went from 110-115lbs to 140-145lbs in 1.5 years of training (2nd picture). My best lifts are 80lbs for 9 on weighted pull-ups (3rd picture from my Instagram), I benched 225 with only ever training weighted dips (I was around 138lbs at the time). I also just maxed out at 375 for deadlift. Back when I trained calisthenics I was doing 40+ handstand pushups a workout, and muscle ups moved like butter. I'm making these points because most of these feats came from actual training knowledge (I was blessed to have smart friends and be recommended good YouTubers), so anything anyone wants to know about training I'll do my best to answer. I don't want glaze, because a lot of time when people make these posts people go "Woah you're jacked bro"... No shit :/ that's why I'm trying to help people lmao. So make a detailed reply as a question, and if you're someone experienced give someone else tips you wish you knew when you first started training. Let's make some more young guys more jacked
