Mirka completely understands how it feels to be afraid of anxiety, because she’s been there herself & that makes all the difference.
Her ACT approach is straight to the point. No fluff & no overcomplicating things, just pure knowledge, experience & practical tools so we can take ACTION.
I’m learning to stop getting caught up in thoughts, identifying & instead practice cognitive de-fusion & focus on taking action & engaging in my life.
I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough ❤️🙏

I honestly can’t put into words how much of a difference being part of Star’s community has made for me already. The support and guidance he gives us is incredible, you can genuinely see how much time & care he puts into helping us all. Sadly, I can’t always make the live calls due to working shifts, but Star never forgets about me & he checks in. Plus, very importantly, I can always watch his replays. I am so grateful I found Star & I’m really excited to keep growing my valued actions 🥳
