Good morning! Something I see so much value in, is community. In this community we get to be in a place where we support each other, gain insights and even feel inspired by one another. In this community space, it's a great place to see who is experiencing The Reset Room. I hope that creates excitement and a reminder that you aren't here alone, we've got you! I think it's important for people to experience wellness in a way that isn't what people think it's suppose to be. I think typically, there's a lot of shoulds...I should go to the gym 5 times a week, I should do xyz because it's blasted on social media... I think you should listen to your body and mind and support it in a way that's best for you! To me, wellness is about mind body connection. Learning to connect the two can be the biggest challenge yet and your best wellness secret weapon. Sure, you can go to the gym aaannnnnddddd, you can sit in your place of comfort and create your own personal workout with meditation today. I'd love to know, how do you want to live out your best health and wellness?

Thanks for the reminder that we can create the world of wellness we want to live in. Currently, I’m trying to soak up the fresh air that spring brings, grounded myself with the new season, slowing down to breathe, to relax my shoulders and relax my eyebrows. Wellness is carrying the smallest actions with me throughout the day so that I can achieve a larger benefit overall. With a few vigorous bursts of movement here and there because that makes me feel good too. Thanks for sharing your gift, Katie!
