I’ve spent the last year helping experts turn their knowledge into books. But about a month ago, something happened that completely changed how I think about using books to grow an expert business. I was sitting across from my client Joe, a multiple 7-figure real estate investing coach. Joe is a brilliant marketer and a member of Russell Brunson's Inner Circle Mastermind. He’s won multiple Two Comma club awards, including Two Comma Club X. Joe and I had just finished his incredible book that gave away his entire land-flipping system. But something was eating at him. He felt like all his secrets were trapped inside his book and his paid coaching program. He wanted to post a lot more content, to build a movement, to help people at scale. He knew he could give away so much more but simply didn't have the time. “Between sourcing deals and coaching students,” he confessed, “I can’t keep up with all the marketing. My email list is cold. My social media is dying. I know I should be putting out content, but…” He shook his head. Over the next couple of days, I quietly put something together for Joe. I trained an AI model on his book. Then, I trained the model to write social media posts (in various forms). For example, I took one chapter from his book and turned it into: -An email newsletter -A YouTube script -Ten tweets -A thread -A carousel post -Several reel scripts Then I made him a Loom video breaking it down, and sent it over. (see his reply in the attached photo) A couple of days later, we were on the phone, finalizing an agreement where I would build out this entire system inside of his business. Now, Joe's AI twin is done. He’s able to use his book (and his YouTube channel) to produce all the rest of his content. Now, Joe gets to focus on finding deals and helping his students get better results. The cool part? The book creates the content... Then the content promotes the book. It's a powerful flywheel that solves the problem so many authors have...MARKETING.
