I have a good one I need help with, so i tried to open up a bank account it wouldn't let me I went inside to the bank to see why. The bank used to be suntrust and is now Truist, they said I owe suntrust 1,400 I haven't had suntrust since 2014-2015 and it's not on my credit whatsoever how do I go about taking care of this?
