Help! Ever since completing the 144 integration, my nervous system has been more sensitive and overstimulated. I can't even watch sports, some movies or tv shows anymore because the anticipatory or suspenseful energy causes a system overload. Maybe it's another type of energy that I'm more attuned too now but I dont know. My body literally starts to panic and I get a headache. I already struggled with anxiety but now it's a lot worse. Any tips, tricks etc would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Aloha Family! Quite a few things have occurred over the last couple of weeks that we want to update all of you on! This will set the foundation for this entire high level protocol we are seeing now. - The second recording starts with DNA strand 4 - this is the first strand of the Soul Body Identity, and this session holds the activation to bridge the completed 1-2-3 Strand Personal Identity template with the 4-5-6 strand Soul Identity template.
