I have been training with Gert since 2023. When I first started, my breath hold was 2:00 min. When the Underwater Squad was developed, I immediately joined and worked through the 6-week challenge. I went from an untrained 2:00 min static apnea to 3:46 min with understanding. I love the program! I am continuing to grow my understanding of apnea as well as freediving through the Underwater Classroom. New lessons are being added regularly. Gert is an amazing coach! The community is supportive  <3
