Speed stop 1v1 Game!
Defense has to touch the second hash. Offense can go whenever they want off a live dribble. 4 second shot clock after the speed stop. We are working on speed stops but inside the same concept for underdrag, punch drags, etc.

Dylan Harper study
I was watching film on Dylan Harper and it’s obvious to notice that he is relentlessly trying to get downhill using counters like his spin, bump euro, etc. My question how does he stay on balance and is always ready to counter when you cut him off. Especially on that spin

Stay low, keep hips loaded, nose over toes, maintain good base (don't let upper body fly out of control), one foot planted to the floor to change direction for counter. Also, sell the fakes and make the defender shift, using your chest to point in opposite direction of where you want to go - then explode 💥
