🎉 Goal Setting Reset: Day 5: The Plan
“What I do when life gets messy” You will fall behind at some point. That doesn’t mean you failed. Consistency isn’t about never stopping — it’s about knowing how to restart without shame. ✍️ Create your reset plan: Copy & Paste the following into your own post: Title: 💥 Day 5 - When I fall behind, I will remind myself __________. - My minimum baseline is __________. - If everything feels overwhelming, I will restart with __________. - One promise I’m making to myself this year is __________. This is your permission slip to keep going — imperfectly. 👇 Comment below ONE thing you’re proud of yourself for committing to this week? AND don't forget to attend the masterclass today that goes live in 1 hour! You won't want to miss it 😉
🎉 Goal Setting Reset: Day 5: The Plan

When I fall behind, I will remind myself that falling behind is not the same thing as failing. It’s feedback, not a verdict. My minimum baseline is doing one supportive thing instead of disappearing entirely. One small action keeps the door open. If everything feels overwhelming, I will restart with the easiest possible step—something that reduces pressure instead of adding more. One promise I’m making to myself this year is to stop turning missed moments into evidence that I “can’t follow through.” Life gets messy. I’m allowed to adjust without shame. One thing I’m proud of myself for committing to this week is staying honest with myself instead of pretending I had it all together. I missed the masterclass, and instead of spiraling, I’m choosing to reset and keep going. That still counts.
Day 1- Starting From Where I Actually Am
1️⃣ Right now, I feel most overwhelmed by trying to hold too many things at once — ideas, responsibilities, and the quiet pressure to “figure it all out” at the same time. 2️⃣ Right now, I feel most excited about having space to rebuild intentionally. New rhythms, new possibilities, and the freedom to experiment without needing everything to be perfect. 3️⃣ This season of my life feels like standing at the beginning of a new chapter with a half-packed suitcase — a little uncertain, a little tender, but open. 4️⃣ If this year felt successful emotionally, it would look like feeling steadier in my body and mind, trusting myself again, and creating a life that feels supportive instead of constantly demanding.
