Just wanted to update everyone. After receiving correspondence stating that there was remedy from creditor. I got back notice again from creditor stating that correspondence I provided was INVALID. They are requesting lump sum payment or repo. Everything sent in was exactly how @Kafil Tunsill instructed. I been doing my due diligence in trying to figure out my next move.
