Every day there was another workflow Another automation Another "Marketing team built on Claude Code" I kept thinking, "Surely this next one is the missing piece." Then I started looking at coaching businesses instead of AI. Something felt strange. The coaches struggling the most weren't missing better "Agentic Workflows". They were missing clarity. Nobody could answer simple questions like: Where is the business trying to go over the next 90 days? What keeps pulling the owner back into the business every week? Which bottleneck actually matters? Yet everyone wanted to talk about Claude Code. That was the moment The Compass started taking shape. Not because I wanted another framework. Because I couldn't stop seeing people trying to automate businesses they hadn't diagnosed. Now AI is the last conversation I have. Not the first.
