💥 Stop randomly posting videos - Most creators are not failing because they are bad - They are failing because they are guessing - YouTube leaves clues - Your job is to study the clues 💥 Do not let analytics scare you - This may sound technical - But it is simple - You are only downloading a report from YouTube - You do not need to understand every number - You just need the file 💥 Find your YouTube channel report - Open YouTube on your computer - Look at the top right corner - Click your profile picture - A menu will open - Click YouTube Studio - A new page will open - Look at the left side menu - Click Analytics - The Analytics page will open - Look near the top right area - Click Advanced Mode - A new analytics page will open 💥 Change the date to lifetime - Look near the top left area - Find the date box - Click the date box - A menu will open - Scroll down - Click Lifetime - The page will update - Now YouTube is showing your full channel history 💥 Download the report - Stay on that page - Look near the top right corner - Find the arrow pointing down - Hover over the arrow - It should say Export current view - Click the arrow - A small menu will open - Click CSV - The file will download to your computer - CSV just means spreadsheet file - Save it somewhere easy to find - Your desktop is a good place 💥 Upload everything into one ChatGPT chat - Open ChatGPT - Start one new chat - Look beside the chat box - Click the plus sign - A menu will open - Click Upload from computer - A file window will open - Find the CSV file you downloaded - Click the file - Click Open - The CSV file will upload into the chat - Copy and paste the prompts below into the same chat - Do not start multiple chats 💥 Tell ChatGPT your channel context - My niche is - My channel topic is - My audience is - Their age group is - They are mostly male, female, or mixed - Their income level is - Their biggest struggles are - My channel is trying to become
