Does anyone have two kiddos? I have a baby and a toddler. My postpartum was AWFUL the first time and is so much better this time around. Anyone else experience something similar?
Two major things for me... 1. Learning about sleep to help my babies sleep 2. Combo feeding - not putting pressure on myself to breastfeed or pump exclusively really helped me postpartum second time around!
That's why I became a sleep consultant. The lack of sleep is SO hard an definitely impacts mental health. I don't think the lack of sleep caused PPA & PPD, but it definitely made it worse for me!
