I’m genuinely curious.
A lot of business owners manage their own websites, even when it’s not their area of expertise. If that’s you… what’s the real reason? No judgment. Just trying to understand how people think about ownership, trust, and control when it comes to their website.

@Shannon V it's very true! We come across it often in our work. I've considered educating solo web designers in how to communicate with clients expectations for both ends!

@Carrie McFarland I totally understand that! We try to be an agency that walks the line between DIY and DFY because we know not everyone can afford to invest in their marketing in that way.
