š§æHow your paradigm Is the #1 reason you just CANT stay consistent as an Entrepreneur
Yes, you heard me right man. It doesnāt matter what tips and tricks you use to stay consistent with your habits, or what type of accountability system you set up, you will NEVER stay consistent if your paradigm around those habits is broken. āBut Kasparas, what even is a paradigm?ā Ahhhhh, if that question genuinely popped into your head⦠First, I feel kinda sad for you, mate. Second, youāre about to learn one of the most important concepts of your life so youāre actually in a good spot hahah. A paradigm is simply how you perceive reality and the world around you. I know, I know it sounds like some spiritual woo woo BS, but trust me, this is the #1 mental shift that every high level entrepreneur had to make in order to consistently take action and grow their biz Hereās how it works: The amount of money you make ā all the actions youāve taken ā all the decisions youāve made ā all the options youāve ever perceived ā all the thoughts you've ever had ā YOUR PARADIGM. I know, it sounds a bit like rocket science but really all Iām saying is this: š Your perception of reality directly shapes what your life looks like. And if your paradigm is out of alignment sorry mate but no amount of habit trackers, reminders, or routines will save you. Youāll always fall back down to the level of your paradigm. Let me give you a quick example: Say youāre doing cold outreach, and today you need to follow up with every lead you've DMed. Depending on your paradigm, hereās what that might look like: āCold outreach is hard and annoying. Iām just wasting my time. They probably think Iām being pushy and wonāt respond.ā (0 follow ups sent) āOkay, I guess itās annoying, but Iāll try anyway. Maybe it works.ā (2ā3 follow-ups sent) āI know my leads respect my persistence. The longer I follow up and provide social proof, the more likely they are to book a call. What do I have to lose? Iāll follow up until they fuckin block me.ā (8+ follow-ups sent) See? Itās all about the way you look at it.
