Boys on the Bus
This is my project for the third week of my AI Video cohort. While it is not perfect, I am happy with it as it is a level up from my last work. I added sound effects and music! We were learning lip syncing techniques. Didn't find out until I was well into the assignment that it is harder with animation. Leave it to me to complicate matters! I used Dzine, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno and Capcut. I can break it down further if anyone is interested. I hope you enjoy it!

The group I'm doing this with has a vision for keeping the community clean so that eventually children could use it as well to learn about AI imaging and video. I'm excited about that - I remember trying to find resources for my own children along these lines.
Prompt Tip
This is a short and pithy tip on using an AI. It is from another AI group that is targeted more to businesses but I still get helpful information from it. https://youtu.be/B4STvBFtncA

This is the group just in case anyone is interested - pretty sure it is still a free group: https://www.skool.com/the-ai-advantage-academy-4807/about?ref=9f66dbe919164ab09930422afdcadd21
Boys on the Bus
New homeword assignment for AI cohort. This one involves lip synching. I'll be using Elevenlabs, Dzine and Suno. I will post steps as I get them done. First step after script is voices in ElevenLabs. I always manage to complicate these assignments. I went so far as to toss my first script because there wasn't enough dialogue, only to come up with a script that involves two adolescent boys. Why is that a complication? Because I'm using Version 3 in ElevenLabs which is new and glitchy and only has so many voices available and they don't necessarily include boy voices. Finally made it work. This is the voices generated for the script. I can put in some pauses in a couple places when I do the editing. It's only 42 seconds long at this point.

Free tool to turn text into visuals
Hi everyone! I just learned about napkin.ai today from one of Patrice Moore's posts. It'sa tool that can turn text into visuals and it's free! Thought I'd share if it helps anyone!

@Ioni Papadakis I tried it out but it wasn't for an actual project so I didn't save it, sorry! I think it is very cool, though. It gives you SO MANY options for each graphic. That is fabulous!
First AI Video
I completed this for my Week 2 homework for the AI task. It's not perfect by any means but I did get it done. Baby steps! I think I will do the sound separately. Dzine has a built in sound prompt but it is rather clunky. The very first scene has sound effects produced on Eleven Labs - you can likely hear the difference.

@Heeraj Bulluck I'm learning another method in a different group where they start with a script. Then the voiceovers (if needed), then music and sound effects and the visuals last. It would be confusing if I were not super interested in it. That group is more focused on AI ads so the differing method makes sense. I am in the voiceover stage with my first project there and will share when it gets to a point that there is something to share. That group uses Kling a lot. Dzine just added Kling. The difference with Kling (and possibly other models - it changes SO fast) is that you can use a beginning image and an ending image and then Kling animates from the first to the second. I could have used that with this project. Several times I had a great ending image but couldn't get it animated right. I ended up chopping up the clips into bits to get it done. Especially when she is changing from debutante to boy disguise, that is why it is so quick and chopping. I may revisit this project again to do it better. Everyone really loved the images. I'd like the animation to be as good.

@Ed McClements I would be happy to share - I am having a grand time. I'm actually delighted that I enjoy the work like I thought I might.
