Falls
As people get older, falling is a big fear of many people. Falls don't usually happen someone is standing still. They usually happen when someone slips or trips and is unable to regain their balance. This means that balance training should be work on dynamic balance and be challenging enough that you have to step to catch your balance. Have you had a fall? If so, how did it happen?

I slipped down my stairs and broke my ankle. I fell in the street and broke my elbow. Osteoporosis is an awful thing! Yes i train my balance now
