Thoughts...
I'm thinking of creating a free tier here. The free tier will only have access to my posts and sales, etc. I'll still keep the $10 tier exactly as it is now and then make a decision on the third tier. I'd still love for my community to be able to communicate with each other and reach more people.

Anxiety
Hey guys, I am currently Very Dependent on Xanax I only take 1mg at night for insomnia, if I don’t have it my anxiety goes through the roof. Has anyone experienced any peps that help with anxiety? I would love to get off of Xanax. I do plan on talking to my primary about it also.

Traci I to take 1mg at night. I’ve had several back surgeries and it honestly is the only thing that helps me relax enough to get full night sleep. I have tried to taper off and it triggers anxiety and insomnia. I did not have anxiety before it. I have had to come to terms with it being the one pharmaceutical drug I just gotta use. I’ve had many conversations with my dr about it because it bothers me mentally thinking I'm stuck on a controlled RX. She continues to reassure me its a very small dose that is provided my body with the sleep it needs & that it self is extremely important to our overall health.
Food poisoning
Pls tell me how you all are getting your protein in after a night with food poisoning. I tried but couldn’t eat anything at all yesterday. I made a protein shake. Opened a bag of quest protein chips. Ezekiel toast. Crackers. Couldn’t even think about eggs or cottage cheese. I’d eat or drink one or two and just couldn’t.
