Would you join a game jam I made!
In case you don’t remember, there had once been the idea of game jams in here, but it wasn’t really picked up. I‘ve talked with a really great dev about this idea, and our main idea were weekend jams with a clear theme. So how about one happening every second weekend on itch from now on? Would you join?

Got a game prototype or demo sitting on your hard drive?
In our Game Design course on Udemy, we don’t just teach you how to make a game, we'll show you how to get a production pipeline ready and start your own game studio. If you’re serious about moving from idea → prototype → real studio, this is where you start. If you aren't building a game studio, someone else is. I first thought this was just an ad. Then I realized it was free. Thank you! ☺️
Github figured out!
It took four days, many mental breakdowns and three corrupted projects (not kidding), but now I have a local storage github repo with LFS and I love it! Most importantly: It works and does NOT not work when I need it (Plastic SCM sitting quietly in the corner)! I am sure: This will be the time I complete the 16-Hour Course (I always lost everything due to repo bugs until now) Hbu?

New to Unity? My Way of getting started
Once entering the editor, it might seem pretty confusing and overwhelming. Instead of starting with the in-skool course, I strongly recommend doing the unity essentials course! After that, you will definitely know the engine. No experience, you will think you wasted your time, I did, but now I believe it helped me so much!

game idea
Local multiplayer car game. Two players drive a car using a controller each. P1 has gas and break, P2 can steer. The cars drive with splitscreen in a 3d map. As a tutorial (this will be tutorial game #4) ghere‘s one of Jimmy Vegas. Your opinion? (for those following my current game: I will first finish that cooking game before this)
