What if...
🌿 What if you could be grateful for the life you have and still be curious about what comes next? Sometimes, we love our lives and appreciate what we have, but we still find ourselves wondering, Is this it? Is there something more waiting for me in this next chapter? Maybe you're feeling a little stuck. Maybe you're navigating changes, learning to set boundaries, trying to quiet your busy mind, or simply looking for a place where you can show up as yourself without having to explain everything. I've created a private community for women who want a little more connection, encouragement, and space to grow. It's a small, welcoming group where we share daily gratitude, celebrate birthdays and milestones, talk through life's challenges, and remind each other that we're not alone. There's also a classroom with optional challenges around things like people-pleasing and setting boundaries, if that's something you'd like to explore. No pressure, no homework you have to complete, and no expectation to have everything figured out. It's simply a place to connect with other women, share what's on your mind, celebrate the good things, and explore what your next chapter might look like — without feeling like you have to blow up a life you already love to make room for something more. And here's the thing: you can be grateful for everything you have and still want something different. You can love your life and still want to grow. There's no shame or guilt in that. ❤️ If this sounds like the kind of space you'd enjoy being part of, I'd love to welcome you into our little community of women. The community is called The Courage Collective and it's free! Feel free to comment or send me a message, and I'll share the details. 🌷

What if...
One thing that makes life easier???
What's one simple thing that has genuinely made your life easier? I'm not talking about a fancy productivity system, a complicated morning routine, or buying another planner. 😂 I mean something small that made a real difference to your stress levels, your time, your mindset, or the way you handle everyday life. It could be a habit, a boundary, a mindset shift, or something you stopped doing. What's yours? I'd love to hear the little things that have made a big difference. It's amazing how a small change can sometimes make room for a little more peace, clarity, and breathing space in our lives. 🩵 That's also the heart behind my community, Courage Collective... a supportive space for people who want to manage stress, build healthier habits, reconnect with themselves, and make meaningful changes one small step at a time. If you're looking for a place to reflect, grow, and find practical ways to bring more calm and courage into your everyday life, I'd love to welcome you. 🧡 Come be part of the Courage Collective

For the women quietly wondering, "Is this it?"
Maybe life looks fine from the outside. People count on you, and you show up. BUT... somewhere along the way you stopped being sure what you want, or whether it's allowed to matter now. The Courage Collective is a small, free community for midlife women (and a few on either side of midlife) who are asking that question out loud. Right now you'll find: • A daily gratitude thread • Journaling prompts • Short challenges on people-pleasing and boundaries It's small and it's real. Nobody is performing and nobody is telling you who to be. It's just women talking honestly and finding their way back to feeling like themselves again. I'm Jewels, a 60-year-old mental wellness facilitator and life coach. I once looked successful on paper while quietly falling apart, and journaling is how I found my way back. If you'd rather have a real conversation than scroll past one, come say hi. 💛 Courage Collective

@Donna Thornton thank you
Truth be told, I Wasn’t Happy 😔
I had a beautiful, happy and healthy family. I was Mom - the rock, the glue, the role model. I should be happy. What a gift, an honour, a blessing! And yes, THEY brought me joy/pride/purpose. But, inside I felt sad and empty. And there was one clear reason. I had forgotten how to be ME! EVERYTHING was about my family. The daily schedule, the meals, what I said, how I acted - ALL for them. Nothing to light me up. Nothing to shine a light on who I was before responsibilities removed the joy from life. And the worst part - we don’t want to admit it because we feel like we’re ungrateful. We feel like saying we want more means our family isn’t enough and that’s completely wrong. That’s not what’s happening here at all. What’s happening is you need: to play, to create, to laugh, to love, to JUST BE YOU! If this resonates our community is for you 🥰 come on over and join us at Soulfully Authentic

I just joined your community. I'm looking forward to learning from you. I have a similar group that is still small and would to see you join it.
Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians!
This weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving and it's really such a lovely time of the year to be thankful - the leaves on the trees are gorgeous shades of yellow, orange, and red, the sun is shining, and the farmers markets are bountiful! It's also the time of year I am so grateful to have a healthy, happy family and the ability to pursue entrepreneurship so that I can be more present for them. Alongside that, I am forever grateful for this amazing community and all of you who make it the warm, welcoming, and collaborative place that it is. The vibe her is one-of-a-kind, and so many people who join comment immediately that it feels like a great space - and that is all because of you! A few days ago, I accidentally allowed in someone who I shouldn't have. This person sent hundreds of spam messages using AI. Two amazing things happened as a results. First, three different people immediately reported the comments to me so that I could take fast action and ban him from the group. But also what occurred to me was that his comments were so easy to spot because they were so different from the usual lovely comments that are authentic and genuine and full of real connection. I appreciate so much how you all show up here every day posting authentically about how you are able to help others and then commenting on each others posts with genuine interest and questions. Running a group of this size is not easy, and I really depend on the vigilance of the group to help me keep it the safe space it is. I also really appreciate how the majority of you take it upon yourselves to make sure that you are following the community guidelines so that we don't have to do as much enforcing. So, on this lovely October Sunday, thank you and I hope you have a lovely day no matter where you are in the world. ❤️Shannon
