My algorithm knew what it was doing when it led me to Beth! I’ve tried many different workouts that made me feel like I would never achieve any of my goals. 
Beth, and this community, have given me hope again! Seeing Beth’s progress as she does it right along with us makes me SO EXCITED for her and hopeful for me! This group shows the real side of her, and that she is cramming in workouts, where she can, just like us! It’s authentic and real and she feels like a friend!
