Good Afternoon Everybody, My name is Kendall, I retired from the federal government (CDC) about 10 months ago. At the moment I see real estate as my 2nd Mountain to climb. I’m somewhat brand new to most types of real estate investing. I recently joined SubTo (about 3 weeks ago). I’m currently learning the basics and working to get started with bird-dogging and wholesaling. Ultimately, I have goal of building a portfolio of co-living properties and potentially RVs as I gain more experience. I'm here as a result of attending a recent training on Bird-dogging. The topic of land investing with AI leads discussed during the training and peaked my interest as something to investigate and learn more about as an investing strategy to use after mastering bird-dogging and wholesaling. I’m here to learn as much as possible, make connections, build some relationships, and take action. I'm open to any helpful advice, input, resources, lessons learned and best practices that might be helpful for a newbie like me, and I’m definitely open to networking and collaborating.
