Hey guys I'm very new here and I had a quick question and I hope it isn't a ignorant one. When approaching properties (for instance) I have recieve emails of commercial properties available for sale in my state of Texas, what is my exact order to analyze. I know how to calculate things but with so many variables I distinctively look to apply order to help organize how to go about things.
