Hey, Folks
My name is Jon, and I'm originally from the Los Angeles area. I am currently residing in Oregon, about an hour's drive from Eugene, Oregon, territory of the Ducks athletic program. I am here just to see if I can learn some new things that can help improve my chances of finding that special someone.

I haven't been really active on here due to some outside interests, such as trying to get my affiliate marketing outreach going. I do think some info has been a little helpful.
Hinge, Bumble, Tinder, Match, E-Harmony, FB Dating, OK Cupid?
There is no shortage of dating apps out there, I have tried most of them. I have found the most success with matching on Hinge and Bumble. Below is a breakdown of what I think about the apps I have tried... Tinder - The first big one on the market and the original swipe app. My first time around with Tinder about 10 years ago was very successful. It had the reputation as a hookup site which it pretty much lived up to. The expectation was that if you were here, you wanted a sexual partner. Now I find that Tinder is where the low value people go, and although it has been over 6 months since I was on it, it was riddled with bots, trans, and sock puppet accounts. I think the vibe is still that it is a hookup app. Tread lightly and carefully here. Match and E-Harmony - Although it has been a while since I had a profile on either of these two I still think these are the leaders for finding a long term partner since the profile interview process is thorough and you can very granularly filter what you are seeking. Don't expect quick hookups here. Women who go through the effort of joining are intentional about finding a partner so the conversation typically is around relationship criteria for a long term partner. If you are super intentional about finding a long term partner, go here and have patience. You don't need the skills taught here, you just need to be honest and authentic and she will appear. The free version (if they still exist) don't get you very far so be prepared to pay. Focus on your growth, King. Facebook dating - I have heard success stories here but I have never joined. Women like it since she can vet you easier if you have mutual friends. There's an immediate connection and conversation starter. I removed all things FB and IG (except for WhatsApp) from my phone so for some reason I don't want to use this service. Go for it! I'd love to hear feedback. OK Cupid - Good for major metropolitan areas since there doesn't seem to be the overall volume of profiles here. I was only on it for a short while and I noticed there were profiles for many of the serial daters I recognized from the other apps. Covering the bases I reckon. If you don't have success with any of the others it may be worth a try. Go for it.

I don't like Hinge. They banned me for a ridiculous and stupid reason. And they rejected my appeal. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
What's your type?
What is your preferred type of woman? How would you describe her? What features does she have? What are her strengths, weaknesses? What draws you to her? Some general types: the Alpha (strong, smart, talented, sexy, radiant, masculine), the Lillith (soft, feminine, introspective), the Granola (vegan, active, 3 dogs), the Exotic (mysterious, dark, mystical), the Freak (partier, sexy, fun, enabler). What others do you see out there?

I could go for the kinda cute girl next door look, one who has a sweet personality with a bit of spice, easygoing and isn't the entitled, high maintenance princess type that only cares what other people think, who is always scoping the radar for validation all the time.
