START HERE: Step 1 of 30 Day Challenge!
Are you ready to lose your first 6 pounds while eating your favorite foods and making every day feel like a cheat day? 🙌 Let's get started! Here’s how the challenge works: Step 1: Make Your Commitment 📢 Post in the community TODAY: Write a commitment to yourself and the group that you WILL lose your first 6 pounds following the D.I.R.T.Y. Cut Method. Share how this goal will improve your daily life. Remember, this is about making real changes, not trying—we’re here to succeed! Step 2: Follow the Challenge Modules 🚀 Head to the Classroom: Complete each module that walks you through the steps of our challenge. It’s simple—follow the prompts and apply what you learn. Step 3: Daily Accountability = Daily Wins! 📅 Post Your Calendar EVERY DAY: Each day, check off your nutrition, steps (10,000+), and workout (when applicable) by crossing off the emojis on your personal calendar (find it in the Module Overview section). Then, share it in the community for accountability. Miss a post? You’ll have to start back at Day 1—so keep it consistent! DO NOT MISS A DAY! Step 4: Consistency is KEY 🔑 💥 No Excuses: To complete this challenge, you MUST be consistent for all 30 days. If you miss even one day of posting your calendar, you’ll start back at Day 1. Just like the 75 Hard Challenge, this is about mastering discipline! You’ve got this! What's The Grand Prize?!? Make sure you watch all the modules to find out! Let’s do this together, stay accountable, and make those 6 pounds disappear while enjoying your favorite meals every single day! 💪🎉

Hey everyone! I'm here to commit to losing the first 6 pounds within 30 days as a promise to myself, and my son who will be arriving in a few short weeks. I want to be an example of positive mindset and body image. While being ripped isn't what I am after, I do want to start being happy with who I am in the mirror, and only positive mental and physical change will make that happen.

I'm 40 and it isn't as weird as I expected, especially since I've had back pain as early as my 20s. I'm mentally 25, but physically 87 apparently.
