Hi Assistable Community, I am having issues with our workflows on how to adjust when a lead says, check back with me in January but then our workflow kicks in and starts hounding them a few minutes later. What would be a way to solve this if the AI made a note to check back in January and have it stop workflows until then? Looking for your wisdome and feedback

@Colin Wall Hi Colin - I saw this message and found it helpful. Just wanted to check if this process is still valid since it was back in February. Our newest UK client is using LC phone with their GHL account. In order to have the Assistable call leads we need to have them purchase a phone on Twilio right? Since they are using LC phone at the moment. What would you suggest is the best work around?
