New Construction! 🏗️
So I’m closing on my first ever lot next week 😎 Architect started to work on plans ✍️ Survey being done 👷🏽♂️ Next step, I’ll be submitting my building envelop to the planning board, grabbing permits and then start building! I ended up getting the thumbs up on funding for construction from 3 different lenders all without me having any building experience. I’ve only owned a lot of rentals, fix and flipped and wholesaled. NEVER BUILT ANYTHING!! Thanks for everyone’s support, let’s win big this year. We’re almost done with half the year!! God bless everyone 🙏🏽

Hey everyone, My name is Jesus, born and raised in Brooklyn NY but currently reside in Elizabeth NJ. I house hack a three family - live in one unit and rent out the two top floors. I am learning how to wholesale in NJ and want to get into flipping houses and real estate development full time. Real estate Investing is my passion and won’t stop until I do this full time . So I used an FHA loan - as a first time homebuyer the banks offer you to put down as little as 3.5% of the property. Once I had the money to put down I purchased the 3 family and houses hacked. - saving the 3.5 took time .. while I was saving I was always running numbers on properties. That time frame ended up helping me get sharper with running numbers on properties. So when the time came to purchase, it was a financial calculated move.

As for why I think I can quit my 9-5 .. well there really isn't any other option for me. I have this burning passion inside of me to live by my means and free myself from the misery of feeling controlled by a boss. This feeling is a main driving force (amongst other driving forces) that gives me the confidence to know one day I will be financially free. There is no other way for me. I wake up planning my course and fall asleep thinking it over .. every single day… I humbly say If I keep pushing, victory is inevitable! That’s how I know one day soon I will leave the work force and break these chains.. ⛓️💥
