Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

This Month We’re Learning a New Language (Your Body’s)
Have you ever felt like your body is trying to tell you something, but you can’t quite hear it clearly? That’s actually the focus of our month inside The Window Within - learning the language of the body without forcing answers or decisions. We’re talking about things like: – soft yeses – quiet nos – mixed signals – and why “I don’t know” is often a nervous system response, not a failure 👇 Curious where you land (let us know in the poll below) If this resonates, you’re welcome to come hang out with us this month. 🌱

For the ones holding a lot right now
If this season has you feeling stretched, tired, or like you’re holding a lot (even when things look “fine” on the outside), you’re not alone. A lot of us are navigating busy days, complicated relationships, emotional load, and very real limits on our energy. I run a small, supportive online community called The Window Within. It’s a space for people who want to understand their nervous system and learn how to move through life with a little more steadiness and self-trust - especially when life isn’t calm or simple. We talk about things like: • why some interactions feel easy and others drain us • how to pace ourselves without guilt • what regulation looks like in real life (not perfect conditions) • how to stay connected without burning out This month we’ve been focusing on relational rhythms like noticing which connections support us and which ones stretch us, and how to care for ourselves around both. If any of this resonates, you’re welcome to join us and look around. No pressure - just a light and gentle space to land and learn. 💙 Message or comment if you’d like details. You can also pop over and read more about the community and join on our About page.

@Mary Wilmer Thank you. 🤗 I’m glad that part landed. Regulation really is something we live and practice, not something we perfect.
Holiday overwhelm is a nervous system issue, not a personal failure.
December is a lot - schedules, energy demands, sensory load, expectations. Most people think they’re “failing” when they can’t keep up… but overwhelm is actually your nervous system trying to get your attention. If you’re feeling stretched thin this season, you’re not alone - and it’s not because you’re “bad at coping.” This month in The Window Within, we’re exploring: ✨ Slower pacing ✨ Listening to your internal rhythms ✨ Building in real rest (the kind your body actually notices) If you need a softer place to land right now, come join us

I don't really want to do this because I'm not 100% sure I care about a star. I mean, I'm a competitive person, so I'm always going to strive for the star in life, but for my business, I try really hard to focus only on what truly matters - getting amazing results for my students/clients/members. Having said that, we are soooooo close to getting a star (top 30 in your category), that it would kind of be a shame to not do a final push for the top!!! So, if you are so inclined, please share a comment below and let's see if we can pull together as a team. Please finish the following sentence: If I had 100 additional members in my community, I would..... Or write about anything else you feel inspired to share, and then comment on someone else's comment IN THIS THREAD. Let's do this as an experiment for us all, and see what has the biggest effect on rankings! And if you're new here, we don't normally operate like this - it truly is an authentic place for collaboration and meaningful connections... 😉
