Hey, i have updated the Chatbot inside of the classroom 'Equitable & GDPR Disarming Debt Collectors' It is far more powerful than the older version, BUT it is a consumer debt tool, not for utility bills or council tax. The SARs and system is specifically designed for credit cards, bank loans, catalogues, payday loans, old accounts like mobiles etc, so do Not mix the process. If you are specific with it, it will guide you correctly. This tool will join forces with th full AI Agent that is currently being built, this is an AI tool that can assist you and any question on the GDPR and SAR process for consumer debt should be asked in here. It will constantly be updated to match the building of the AI Agent, the agent will walk you through the entire process, so once it gets to the N1 and court bundle sections, this AI Chatbot will be updated to match the AI Agent. The building of the agent itself has changed course a few times, this is due to the gaining of more knowledge and the omplementing of said coding knowledge. But it is coming to a conclusion soon and it will be added here as soon as it is complete. This will be a powerful tool to use for your debt challenges to the DCAs. Both the Agent and Chatbot are specifically trained in GDPR, DPA 2018, Equity, FCA, CCA, ICO and other specific legislation. It is formatted so it cannot halucinate, lie, create fake case laws, search dodgy websites, or take you in the wrong direction. Just remember, use it for consumer debt, using the correct tool for the specific job is vital, so no garden forks to hammer in a nail. Use it correctly and it will give the correct results🙏☺️💥

Just got put on to these. I'm nearly at the end of video 5. A right old rollercoaster ride of new and existing ideas... David states he's been investigating the 'law' (in USA) for 30 years. Well worth listening to these. It is USA based (like Brendan Joe Williams) but covers a wide range of topics that will interest this group. If possible would be fantastic for @Dave DimeBar and @Peter Wilson to listen to these and comment. There seems a huge overlap of what David is saying with petes learnings. The Cestiu Que Vie info ties in with Victoria Rixen (placenta, birth forms) and petes great work... the 3 jurisdictions (Land, Air and Water) are interesting and would really appreciate views from you all ... posted here... the BAR info is compelling... (infecting just about every organisation across the world)... be great to verify the process in england, kernow (whatever! 🙃) correction of status, standing and jurisdiction. Hi all. I don’t know if this is anything you deal with? I’ve been fighting with my gas / electric agent. I’ve been in bed for days now with the flu. Today, someone was knocking my door, I didn’t know or care who it was, I was in bed. I hear a tinkering noise, then this woman is walking up my hall. They had picked my lock and broke in. Recovery agents!! She said they had a warrant of entry, I asked to see the Warrant, it was a laminated letter around her neck, I asked for my copy so I could call the judge ( or who ever) had signed it. She said I couldn’t have the warrant 😡 They want to install pre payment meters. I asked her to leave x3 Then she said she would have to call the police. But they never arrived. I am livid. I’m a single woman of 62, a fighter, but how dare they break into my home!! Who do I complain too about this? They are not gonna get away with this intimidation and coercion . On the call tonight someone in the chat said that trusts are more powerful than Ltd company. (Sorry, I didn't catch your name.) Would you, or anyone else Please explain why? I really need to get to grips with how to use a trust with or instead of a ltd co asap. So my husband was killed in an an 'alleged accident accident' whilst in scotland on a liveaboad diving trip', commercial vessel in 2012 At that time we had been married 18 years and had a 9month old son and I was also pregnant, unfortunately I lost the baby 3 weeks after burying my husband!! Denied a Police liason officer and to be frank impolite have fobbed me off at every avenue nothing to do with us Scottish police. Scotland you live in England your local police and round in circles it continues, this is despite threats to my life directly in relation to the case, I've even sat in Lloyd house on two separate occassions for the whole day with my son refusing to move until a ststement taken to date never have!! Video footage of professional drones inside my garden 3x and issues of being followed, nothing!!!! So I'm obviously widowed, single and sole carer to my son who is now 13 and has disabilities (so some protected rights) When my husband died contacted local, bham solicitors thompsons I was called back from their Scottish offices and told as he had died in scotland it needed to be dealt with in Scotland, more recents I've been told no it could and should have been dealt with in England as you are all English and only ever lived in England and it was dealt with by Birmingham coroners! There is also paperwork where the initial coroner whom was looking at corporate manslaughter stated all agencies need to become involved and now!! Not that anyone did!! And that the family would benefit from actions in England!! I've always insisted it should be dealt with criminally but who am I...thompsons raised to civil claims one for me and one for our young son. In 2016 I received calls from media for comments?? On what I asked?? You cases been timebarred??? Didn't even know what it meant. Quick call to solicitors and then a letter confirming. Infact there had been two hearings that we had not been informed off. Devaststing. It was during this time I had two threats against me and a bizzare convo someone giving me lots of info?? And need to walk away?? Its been he'll. Anyone who has kids knows you will fight all the way fir them especially having lost there dad!!
