I love sleep 🥰
As a mum of 6 kiddos, sleep is very important to me!! I’m interested to hear your best tips on sleep for little ones. ♥️

@Stephanie Noble great tip! Yes, the nervous system and cortisol levels are such an important factor to starting sleep relaxed. I talk to families about dream cards - I get the child to work with the parent to make picture cards as conversation starters to use before bed. The idea is that it can short-circuit a hard day, dispel fears or worries, and provide a way to connect. ♥️

I’ve just started a thread on my page and I’m curious as to how you have showed up in the past for friends going through separation or divorce? I think single moms rely so much on friends to help them juggle motherhood , careers , relationships and heartbreaks! So you go for the fun , emotional , physical and fitness, etc? Maybe you have some tough love! I’d love to hear about it? https://www.skool.com/a-ireland-travel-photo-club-7199/friends-in-need?p=9c707cd3

Hey 👋 Steph! Such an important topic! For friends going through separation, I’ve tried to be the person who listens without judging or offering quick fixes. Help with school runs, late‑night venting sessions, and the practical stuff that gets overwhelming when you’re suddenly doing life solo. Single mums really do rely on a village, and I think showing up consistently matters more than showing up perfectly. 🫶🏼
