A little nervous system regulation....
Spent some tine time with my adult coloring books this week. I needed something mindless that gave me a sense of accomplishment and joy. It worked. How do you escape? What are your go to stress relievers?

A Rough Weekend
I drove 4-5 hours from home to pick up my boyfriend from the airport and my car decided to break down. 😒 Been stuck in Colorado Springs the past 2 days but hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow. It’s been a rough time 😮💨

Does Absolute reality exist?
Saw this this morning. It is a great explanation of perspective, not only of our 3d density, but also metaphorically, the way the Council of 12 views human/alien lives. And then Source's view of things beyond that. Our Source has a parent Source and geandparent Source and so on to infinitity.
