This is why Most B2B owners lose the deal before the call even starts
Your lead booked a call. That doesn't mean they're showing up. Here's what's actually happening between the booking and the call: They switch from scanner mode to justification mode. Scanner mode = "Is this for me?" Justification mode = "Is this worth my time?" Most B2B service providers do nothing in this window. No emails. No follow up. Just a calendar reminder. So the lead does their own research. Finds a bad review. Reads a Reddit thread. Gets cold feet. And ghosts you. What actually fixes this: Send 2-3 value-dense emails between booking and call. Not "don't forget your appointment" garbage. Actually answer the questions they're already Googling. Anticipate their objections. Address them before the call. Make them feel educated, not sold to. The leads that show up ready to buy aren't lucky. They were nurtured in the 24-72 hours after they booked. Your competitors are ignoring this window entirely. That's your edge.

I feel like I want to give each of the folders and subfolders it's own separate identity, so I can assign them all a separate email and they can just communicate individually to humans in the process, etc. It'll look like I have an army working for me at scale... thoughts?

Heard update
I was hoping to have Heard ready to share by now, but unfortunately, as with any development project, release dates can get pushed back—especially when you're working on multiple projects. That said, production isn't stopping! As excited as I am to share Heard with everyone, I also want to make sure it's truly ready before I release it. Looking back, I realize my last post about Heard may have been a bit premature. I really appreciate all the support and comments from the community. Your encouragement has been incredibly inspiring, and it motivates me to keep pushing forward. Thank you for sticking with me—I'm looking forward to sharing more when the time is right.

Real Estate Agent - Local Folder ICM CRM
For many years, there's been so many CRMs for real estate agents, but what I've found is it's only as good as you use it. Because real estate agents are so reactive and proactive, there isn't enough time to update the CRM yourself (well, there is, but you can use your time better elsewhere) so, from my learnings, I've tried to make an internal CRM using Claude and the ICM folder structure. I've been building this over about two months. I just had my PB month of listings, 8 listings! previous 5 PB. The thing I found most helpful is that Claude would find leaks in leads, and give suggestions on who of my buyers could be a seller. Claude obviously has a better memory than I do and can remember who I should be following up with and who I spoke to. The current stack is Claude + Plaud (Ai note taker) and just getting into Hermes. Plaude would note take conversations in home opens and on phone calls, I've set up an N8N automation that would mirror the transcription and put it into my folder structure, and Claude would transcribe it and place things where they need to, buyers / addresses / follow ups ect. As much as it's helpful, I feel like I need to give an ICM folder update, tend to use a lot of tokens to figure out what im saying and where to look. Maybe I need more Routers / folders within? Would love some suggestions from the community on where they think I could improve, enhance, or streamline the folder structure. PS. Anyone a Hermes lord? Would love some help on how I can best utilise as my robot arm. Love from Australia!!🇦🇺
