So final day completed for me 🎉🎉
I started the challenge on Day 1 with 8kg for the 8 rounds and finished Day 30 with 10kg for 10 rounds. Push press was tough but the rest felt great.
I’ve felt my mobility really improve alongside with more regular stretching.
There’s no way I would’ve done this by myself and pushing through those parts where your brain says no are so important.
Huge thanks to @⁨~Florence⁩ for creating a great program and a wonderful community
Bring in September 💪💪💪
