It’s kind of worrying as I was speaking to some my peers. It’s really like how we lose the local system administrator cos all went cloud and we cannot find new graduates doing these roles. As market shift back to on Prem, it’s hard to find people who are young… So now this is happening many areas where are AI is eating into the young graduates jobs and in future we will have a gap in the industries cos the senior ppl will retire and not much resources left to take over the jobs..

just curious how far you venture on mcp? do you have knowledge about building?
