What is exactly bullet proofing your muscles and how do I do it
Ive seen on ig reels about how people use various isometrics to avoid injuries but I don’t really know what do you have to do for that

Dolphins will go to the playoffs if Tua and Austin Jackson manage to stay healthy

also tuas injuries were pretty much self inflicted and he has talked in press conferences that he will stop playing like that and value more durability than getting a first down
Claim your team
NFL season is fast approaching with training camp for a lot of teams starting next week so before the season begins I want everyone to drop below what their favourite team is and also a prediction of what we predict for the upcoming season. My personal team is the colts and I personally think this season is going to be a disaster. I think they have a lot of talent on their roster but uncertainty at QB is not going to help them at all. I also believe that if things to not go as planned there could be a lot of changes at coach, GM, etc. Whats everyone else’s predictions? Who’s your team?

Dolphins and hopefully we finally win a playoff game which i think will happen because we’ve gotten so much better in the run game this offseason and we improved the o line by getting james daniels (pff grade of 90) and 2nd round pick jonah savvainaeah and also various blocking te’s As for the receivers i think tyreek him will finally come back this season because the oline will hold more for him to get enough separation and also he was playing with a wrist injury last year, waddle apparently got better at catching and we got nwi who is tall af and can help both the run game and at the red zone All the dolphins need now is another cb and tua sliding and not diving head first

@Dr. Zach Richardson ramsey was good but tbh holland was hella washed couldn’t tackle and was often targeted at coverage what hurts is that we lost terron armstead even though last year we drafted a replacement for him and is looking good
Most frustrating injury you’ve dealt with?
Been thinking about this lately and curious everyone experience. Whats the most frustrating injury that you’ve dealt with and what did you do to go about fixing it? I personally dealt with chronic shoulder instability that resulted in dislocations to the point that it dislocated in my sleep. I decided to forgo surgery due to the lengthy recovery process and poor outcomes and treat it myself. It’s been a long process of strengthening which I still focus on to this day. I’m happy to say I don’t have any issues with the shoulder but it is always something I focus on every workout. Is there any injuries that you have dealt with? And if so did you go to a professional? Treat it on your own? Ignore it and hope it goes away? Let me know in the comments! 👇
