2 contributions to Agency Scaling Secrets (ASS)
The Agency Owner Trap
A lot of agency owners start by doing everything themselves. Then the agency grows… And suddenly you’re the salesperson, account manager, strategist, marketer, and fulfillment team. That might work at the beginning, but eventually it becomes difficult to scale. How many of you are currently trying to get out of the “I do everything” stage?

@Nick Gallo Exactly 😂 The “temporary” phase has a funny way of becoming the permanent job. I’d say the first thing to get off your plate is anything repeatable and systemizable especially follow-ups, lead management, reporting, and other admin tasks. Nick, what was the first role/task you personally delegated when you started scaling?
Restricted Meta Ad Account
I recently launched a campaign for a bookkeeper/tax consultant. One of the creatives was a case study they did where they got $6K back for their client, and the creative included a redacted picture of that statement. Unfortunately, within 24 hours, Meta flagged and rejected that ad, and 5 minutes later restricted the entire account (it's an account that had been dormant for a long while). Two questions in this case: 1. Is there any way or method that has worked for you to revive a restricted account? So far, I've tried pretty much every channel they've given me at this level and have been unable to reach a human who can review the restriction. 2. If this is permanent, what is your experience with setting up a new account for the same page and relaunching the campaign, minus the problematic creative? 3.Also more importantly, it seems like the business page is not affected, but would that still be the case if i re-ran the campaign with new ads and still use the same business page? @Liam Casey @Nick Gallo

That’s a frustrating one, especially with an account that was previously dormant. I’d be cautious about immediately recreating everything and would first make sure the new creative and account setup are fully compliant. Curious have you already gone through Meta’s Business Support/review process, or are you completely stuck without a human review?
