Well I sent him my offer of 18,000 while my MAO being around 28-27,000 he said bring it up to $25,500 and maybe we could make it work and I'm probably making 2-3,000 in this deal which I'm completely fine with He said he's getting another offer which might be more than mine and I said if you do accept it I totally understand it and he said IF I do accept it I'll send you another property to look at and said let's make this a long term business. But I don't know how to get proof of funds So let's see where this goes, Insha Allah I'll close this deal -Patience is Pillar of Faith
