I have had the feeling of 'waiting for something' for a few weeks now, without knowing what that is. This morning I woke at 5am to two incredibly bright pulses of light coming in through my window from the east and then knocking me out for half an hour. No idea what it was but I am feeling different and like that something I've been waiting for is now here. I'm curious now to see how things unfold.

@Mayra Rath loads of time, but not like this. I was talking to my nine year old daughter who slept in my bed that night and she saw one of the flashes too (even with her eyes closed) so it definitely happened.

Yes, anything around or touching my neck. Even my husband of 20+ years couldn't touch my neck without me going into full body panic. As I have done more healing work and ancestral healing it has slowly got better but it's still a real edge for me. I always just figured it was a past life thing because nothing has happened in this life to warrant it.

Hello everyone and thanks for creating this space Mayra. Yes to all your questions....since I was a child. Only just starting to consciously and with intent actually working more with these beings as I feel a calling to. My first part of this path is healing the trauma and fear around my childhood experiences so I can now move forward from a heart-centered space. Making progress slowly but consistently 👽🛸
