One of my biggest problems is embracing the things I don't want to do or things that are new and scary to me. I tend to stick to what I know and grow on that bc it's comfy, but I know growth comes with change (after all this is how I got here). I finally jumped on the AI editing game (I'm a wedding photographer)- I am literally years behind others on this and it's changed my life, so I KNOW change is good. I'm an ADHD girly so naturally, I'm a hot-mess mix of organized but also chaotic af, so I need to figure out what ways I can find structure and better my organization (through workflows *scary*, getting better with deadlines, better communication, etc.). I hope this makes sense, but these are the big things on my brain while I'm finishing this year and going into the new year.
