HERE'S MY WEEKEND WIN
I was on an extremely exciting webinar this afternoon (so many ideas!) and your name and community came up in a very powerful way, @Elise Hodge! I've been a member of this community for some time, but really, I'm ashamed to say, just lurking. Now, as a result of the earlier-mentioned webinar, I'm committed! So I'm now a Premium member!

@Elise Hodge thanks so much! It was Tiffany's BYOB.
👋 Welcome + Introduce Yourself
I'm Elise — I grew this community from 0 to 500 members in 21 days, largely on the back of a really good About page. Skool Copy Hub is for community owners who know what their Skool is about but can't quite explain it clearly enough to get people to actually join. I'm building this out live — adding templates, trainings, and resources as I grow this community alongside you. Stick around and you'll be the first to know as new content drops. 🚀 Founding Member Opportunity Lock in Founding Member pricing at $9/month and get access to all future courses I add to the classroom at today's price, forever. → Upgrade here: 👋 Introduce Yourself! Drop a comment below and share: - Your name - What's your community about (and who's it for)? - Drop a link if you've got one! A couple of quick rules: - No AI slop. Use AI to help, but make it sound like YOU (you're a cool human!!). - No pitching in DMs. Feel free to share your offer when it's relevant in a conversation, but do not randomly cold pitch (that's gross). Thanks for keeping this a kind, helpful space. I'm so glad you're here 🙌 — Elise

THE GAP BETWEEN WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE AND WHAT YOU WRITE One publishable piece can change everything — your confidence, your direction, your prospects. Hi, I'm Gwynne Conlyn. I wrote the modules in my Classroom from experience — years of writing, publishing, and shaping award winning food stories that truly connect, and understanding what works (and what doesn’t) in the real world. Inside my SKOOL OF FOOD WRITING, you’ll learn how to: • Write about food in a way people can actually experience • Develop a voice that feels natural, confident, and yours • Turn scattered ideas into clear, compelling writing • Move beyond “tasty” into vivid, sensory storytelling • Shape your work into cookbooks, articles, and blogs ready to publish ✨ VIP BONUS Work privately with me to refine your writing into publishable pieces, with feedback, proposal support, and access to paid opportunities. If you’re ready to stop second-guessing your writing — and start creating work that opens doors — you’re in the right place. https://www.skool.com/how-to-write-about-food-8335/about

Lost my flame! Here's what I'm feeling
Relieved! Weirdly, yes, relieved. While I do like having a little flame next to my name (it's fun, OK). I actually felt a sense of relief when I just noticed (like 5mins ago) that I lost it yesterday. 2 activities short. But I feel happy because when I look back on yesterday, I was... - with my kids - watching a fun show with my husband - cooking a delicious dinner - literally not thinking about making sure I hit "10 activities for the day" This may not mean anything to many people. But I don't actually work every single day, at the moment. I have 3 kids under 4. Life is pretty unpredictable. And I'm in a mix of mum & work mode a lot of the time. So it feels kind of... nice... to lose the flame. Now I don't have any weird pressure to keep it up. I'm sure I'll get competitive again (with myself, lol) and try to get it back. But for now, I'm good. 😅 Curious: Have you ever got the flame then lost it?

... and oops, didn't realise one had to do 10 posts per day to keep the flame. Phew.
