you need to do 1000-5000 calls to get someone that's actually looking to sell under market value. Don't get discouraged that you did 100 calls and haven't got any on contracts yet. Keep it GOING!!

Calling leads on a Saturday afternoon. I get rejected every day with my offers it takes discipline and courage to keep going even on the days there’s not much motion going on because all it takes is one yes to change everything for you. Keep going you will get a win 💯

Just keep on calling the conversion is very low for off market. Don't get discouraged. 1st step is get a software like leads and pull leads and get on the phone either your own cell or a dialer. You will need to make 1000-5000 calls to get in touch with someone that's actually looking to sell their property to you. Remember if a person wanted to sell their house they will just list it on MLS like 98% of homeowners do. We are going after 2% of homeowners that can't really list or are having a hard time selling the property at market value due to major repair need or is in desperate times.

Anyone know any cash buyers that can provide POF? So I can submit offers with a POF? Im new, so far my cash buyers are requesting for property address first. Im mainly wholesaling in California

issue with calling people through xleads
one thing i'm super confused about. from this page (pic attached) is there no way to simply call someone from there? this seems like functionality would have been implemented day 1. am i doing something wrong? isn't there a simple way to "create contact from number"? why do i have to export everything and then import?

you have to export it and import the contacts into go high level and use their dialer. The lead software doesn't have calling integrated. Hope this answers your question
